MEMBERSHIP
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for membership, an individual must:
- *Belong to the field of membership, specifically under the TICH in Africa Training and Development Agency.
- *Be at least 18 years old.
- *Be of good character and sound mind.
- *Pay the entrance fee and minimum share capital as per the by-laws.
- *Not hold membership in another TICH community-based organization with similar objectives within the same operational area.
Refusal of Admission
The committee reserves the right to decline an application, providing reasons for its decision. However, an applicant deemed otherwise eligible has the right to appeal through a member at the next General Meeting.
- APPLICATION PROCESS
- Complete an Application for Membership form with all required registration details.
- Be admitted upon payment of an entrance fee of Kshs. 500 and a minimum share capital of Kshs. 2,400 per year, as established in the founding General Meeting on June 22, 2023.
- Have their name entered into the membership register and be issued a unique membership number upon admission.
- Sign or make a thumb mark in the register in the presence of two committee members, acknowledging their acceptance of the organization’s by-laws.
- Be formally admitted by the committee, subject to confirmation at the next General Meeting.
